Welcome to Mark Jermin Management

Mark Jermin Management was established following the phenomenal success of the Mark Jermin Stage School and as a result of Mark’s personal determination to offer professional management to young and emerging British talent.

From the age of only 15 Mark was running a theatre group in his home town, passing on his knowledge and theatre skills to a small group of talented, local youngsters. Following several years of teaching at a leading London Theatre School, where he also played a driving role in the school’s management agency, Mark moved back home to grow and develop his stage schools across the UK and to launch his own talent management agency. Mark’s skills as a qualified drama and theatre school teacher along with his professionalism and experience as a management agent, gives him a unique insight and understanding of the requirements of casting directors across all performance disciplines.

Since the official opening of Mark Jermin Management in January 2007, the business grew rapidly with artists being avidly sought by casting directors all over the country.
Mark quickly recruited experienced talent agent Nicola Hughes who had previously worked with him at a London theatrical agency, to help manage the growing workload enjoyed by the agency. In 2009 he also took on Lauren Evans as well as assistant, Charlotte Robb, to provide additional support to the growing number of young actors whom they now represent. In addition to this the agency has a separate accounts team who deal solely with finance.

The team works from a shared office on the fourth floor of Mark’s prestigious City Centre home. This practical set up means that each member of the team is always aware of what is going on at any time, making communication with production companies, casting directors and actors very easy. In addition, casting directors travelling from outside the area have the opportunity and convenience of staying at the agency premises where they are also able to hold casting sessions.

What’s more, Mark Jermin Management can provide additional support to younger performers working away from home through a team of experienced and CRB checked chaperones.

The convenient link to the stage school as well as other local & national companies means that Mark Jermin Management has access to facilities to hold auditions and workshops for any small or large production. This is often a more productive and valuable way of casting as Mark can lead the workshop and the casting professional is able to enjoy the benefit of seeing the actors in a creative environment where they are comfortable and confident enough to explore and demonstrate their talent.
Workshop facilities are available in Swansea, Cardiff, London, Manchester, Bristol as well as many other areas, please contact the agency to find out more.

In 2010, Mark aims to open an office in West London and divide his time between both places to maximize the growth, development and opportunities of his clients and business at large.
